How I help

I help engineering teams start building software with coding agents. My talks and workshops go from “what is an LLM?” all the way to AI-native companies, software factories and AgentOS. I also run hands-on training for developers, and I can join a team and set it up in their own repositories: instruction files for the agents, a first spec, a shared knowledge base, review gates, and the security guardrails to run agents safely. I work on-site or remotely.

The Enhanced Forge Flow

This is the delivery loop I teach. One model writes the spec with you. Then one to four other models review it, each in a fresh session, from the same model family or a different one. The author model gets the best critiques back, and you implement only what you and the author model agree on. The code goes through the same review.

What I offer

AI-native talks and consulting

What it is. Talks and workshops, from “what is an LLM?” all the way to AI-native companies, software factories and AgentOS, and hands-on training for developers.

My part. I give them myself, on-site or remotely, and I can join a team and set it up in its own repositories.
